These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the salon services provided by HAIR BYYY KAR LLC. By booking a station, sending a message through the contact form, calling the salon or receiving a service on our floor, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before you make a booking. The company operates as a full service hair salon from 152 E 12300 S, Draper, 84020-8187, United States (US), and can be reached at bookings@hapykidz.lol or on +85259435073. The developer HairByyyKar built and supports this website on behalf of the Company, and these terms describe the relationship between you and the Company.
1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and HAIR BYYY KAR LLC. By using this website, by submitting the contact form, by placing a call to book a service, or by accepting a service at the salon, you confirm that you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you should not use the website and you should not book a service with the Company.
You should also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information and which forms part of the way we operate. Together, these documents describe what you can expect from us and what we expect from you.
2. Who We Are
HAIR BYYY KAR LLC is a limited liability company that runs a full service hair salon. The salon operates from 152 E 12300 S, Draper, 84020-8187, United States (US). Our telephone number is +85259435073 and our email address is bookings@hapykidz.lol. In these terms, the words we, us, our and the Company refer to HAIR BYYY KAR LLC, and the word you refers to the client, guest or visitor who uses our website or our services.
The floor holds six working stations and offers six core programs: signature cut and style, full color and balayage, keratin smoothing, bridal and occasion styling, deep conditioning rituals and kids first cuts. Occasionally an additional seasonal service may be offered, and where that happens the terms described here continue to apply.
3. Eligibility and Authority
To book a service on your own behalf, you must be at least the age required for independent consent in the region where you live. If you are below that age, a parent or legal guardian must make and hold the booking for you, and that adult accepts these terms on your behalf.
If you book on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have that person permission to share their details with us and to accept these terms for them. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide about a guest, including details that affect the safety of a service.
4. Bookings and Appointments
An appointment is confirmed when the desk has accepted the time and added it to our book. A message sent through the contact form or an email to bookings@hapykidz.lol is a request rather than a confirmed reservation until we reply to confirm it. Please do not assume that a station is held until you have received a confirmation from us.
When you book, we will ask for the service you want, the approximate length and condition of your hair, and any preference about the stylist who serves you. Accurate information at this stage helps us allot the correct amount of time and prepare the right station. If the service turns out to need more time than the booking allows, we may offer an additional appointment rather than rush the work.
5. Pricing and Estimates
Prices for our six core services are shown on the price mirror rail and are based on the length, density and history of the hair in a typical case. Because hair varies widely, a price discussed at booking is an estimate rather than a fixed quote. Before the service begins, we will confirm the likely price and tell you if the work involved is greater than the estimate suggests.
If the scope changes during a visit, for example because more color is required than expected, we will pause and ask for your approval before we proceed. We do not add charges for a step you have not agreed to. The final amount is the amount confirmed with you at the station.
6. Payment and Deposits
Payment is due at the end of the service unless another arrangement has been agreed in advance. We accept the payment methods displayed at the desk, which typically include major cards and cash. For larger bookings such as bridal mornings or group occasion styling, we may ask for a deposit to hold the time and the stations involved.
A deposit is applied to the final balance of the service. Where a deposit is required, we will explain the amount and the terms at the time of booking. Prices are stated in the currency shown at the desk, and any tax that applies is added in line with the law of the region where the salon operates.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for reasonable notice if you need to cancel or move an appointment, because the time reserved for you is time that another guest could have used. Where possible, please give at least twenty four hours notice so that we can offer the slot to someone on the waiting list.
If you cancel with short notice or do not arrive, we may ask for a deposit before holding future appointments, and in some cases a fee may apply. We understand that unexpected events happen, and we will always listen to the reason before we decide how to proceed. Repeated missed appointments may lead us to ask for a deposit for every future booking.
8. Late Arrivals and No Shows
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete the service in the time that remains. However, a late arrival may mean that the service must be shortened or moved to another day, because the next guest has a station booked at a fixed time. We will tell you honestly what can still be done within the window available.
A no show without any notice is difficult for a small salon, since the station stays empty and the stylist loses the time. Where a pattern of no shows develops, we reserve the right to require a deposit or to decline further bookings. This is a practical measure to protect the schedule of the floor and the guests who depend on it.
9. Service Expectations
Hair is a natural material and results depend on many factors, including its history, its porosity, its density and the way it has been treated before you visit us. We will explain what a service can reasonably achieve and what it cannot. Where a goal would require several visits, we will say so rather than over promise a single appointment.
We prepare each station carefully and use professional products chosen for your hair. In return, we ask you to arrive with clean, dry hair unless we have advised otherwise, and to tell us about any product, medication or condition that could affect the result.
10. Color and Chemical Services
Color, lightening and smoothing services involve chemicals, and every head of hair reacts a little differently. We begin with a consultation, and where appropriate we carry out a strand test or a patch test. A strand test shows how the hair responds to a formula, while a patch test checks for a reaction on the skin. For first time color guests we may require a patch test at least twenty four hours before the service.
We cannot guarantee an exact shade when the underlying pigment, the previous color or the structure of the hair limits what is possible. We will tell you in advance when a target tone is likely to need more than one session. If you are unhappy with the outcome, please tell us promptly, because many results can be adjusted within a short period.
11. Health and Allergy Disclosures
Your safety comes before any style. Please tell us before a service if you have a known allergy to color, fragrance, latex, nickel or any product we might use. Please also tell us about scalp conditions, recent chemical treatments, recent surgery, pregnancy or any other circumstance that could affect how a service should be carried out.
If you develop a reaction after a service, contact us immediately and seek medical advice where appropriate. Information you share about your health is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and is used only to keep you safe at the station.
12. Children and First Cuts
Children are welcome at HAIR BYYY KAR LLC, and kids first cuts are one of our core programs. A child must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the whole visit, and the accompanying adult is responsible for the child safety and conduct on the floor. Please keep small children within reach of the sharp tools and hot equipment used at the station.
The adult who books the appointment accepts these terms on behalf of the child and provides any health information the stylist needs to work safely. We will always work at the child pace and will stop if a child becomes distressed.
13. Gift Certificates and Promotions
Gift certificates issued by the salon may be redeemed toward services and products in line with the terms printed on them. Unless the certificate states otherwise, it is valid for the period shown and cannot be exchanged for cash. A certificate that has expired may still be honoured at our discretion, and you are welcome to ask.
Promotional offers are subject to the conditions described when they are issued, including any date range or service restriction. Promotions cannot usually be combined with one another, and they apply only to the services named. If you are unsure whether an offer applies to your visit, ask the desk before the service begins.
14. Guest Conduct on the Floor
We ask every guest to treat the team and other guests with courtesy. The floor is a shared and sometimes busy space, so we ask for calm voices, care with hot tools and respect for the personal space of others. Harassment, discrimination, aggression or behaviour that endangers the team will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to end a service and to ask a person to leave where conduct makes the floor unsafe or unpleasant for others. Where a service ends for this reason, the work completed up to that point remains payable.
15. Personal Property and Lost Items
Please keep valuables with you during your visit. The salon is not responsible for personal items that are lost, left behind or damaged on the premises, although we will always help you look for something you believe you have mislaid. If we find an item after you leave, we will hold it at the desk for a reasonable period and try to contact you.
Items that remain unclaimed for a long period may be disposed of or donated in line with the law of the region and with the practical limits of the storage we hold. If you realise you have left something behind, call us at +85259435073 as soon as possible.
16. Satisfaction and Corrections
We want you to leave the chair happy with the result. If something about your cut, color or finish is not what we discussed, please contact us within a reasonable period so that we can put it right. In many cases a small adjustment within a short time is the fastest and simplest solution.
Where a correction is needed, we will offer an appointment to address it, and we will explain what change is possible and what is not. Corrections are intended to bring the service in line with the agreed plan, not to provide a different service at no cost. We will always be honest with you about what the hair can support.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, HAIR BYYY KAR LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or from a salon service. Our total liability for a claim connected to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not permit such a limit. Some regions do not allow certain exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you. In that case the remaining parts continue to apply.
18. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAIR BYYY KAR LLC and its team from claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your breach of these terms, from your misuse of the website, or from information you provide that is false, misleading or incomplete. This includes claims that arise because you failed to disclose a known allergy or condition that affected the safety of a service.
This obligation does not apply where a claim arises from our own negligence or from a failure on our part to meet these terms.
19. Acceptable Use of the Website
This website is provided for information and for booking salon services. You agree not to misuse the site. Misuse includes attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, introducing malicious code, scraping content at scale, sending spam through the contact form, or using the site in a way that interferes with its availability to others.
We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe that the site is being misused. We may also update, change or remove any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise that every page or feature will always be available.
20. Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including the text, the layout, the visual design and the code, is owned by the Company or is used with permission. It is protected by copyright and related laws. You may read, print and share the pages for your own personal and non commercial use.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute the content as your own, and you may not use the HAIR BYYY KAR LLC name or logo in a way that suggests a relationship with you that does not exist. Requests to use content for another purpose should be sent to bookings@hapykidz.lol.
21. Third Party Services and Links
This site may link to third party services, such as mapping tools or social profiles. Those services are operated by other companies and are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content or their practices.
When you use a third party service, you do so at your own risk and subject to that service own terms. If a third party service that we recommend causes a problem, we will help where we reasonably can, but our responsibility remains limited as described in these terms.
22. Privacy and Data
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it and the rights you hold. By accepting these terms, you confirm that you have read that policy and that you understand how your information is used at the salon.
If you have a question about your data or wish to exercise a right, contact us at bookings@hapykidz.lol or call +85259435073. We will respond within the period required by the law that applies to you.
23. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for a delay or a failure to perform that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These events include severe weather, power failure, water damage, illness affecting the team, supply interruption, transport disruption and comparable circumstances.
Where such an event affects your appointment, we will contact you as soon as we can and offer a new time at the earliest opportunity. Neither side is liable for a failure to perform that results from such an event.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the salon operates, without regard to conflict of law rules. If a dispute arises, we ask you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly and quickly.
If a direct discussion does not resolve the matter, the dispute may be brought before the courts of the region where the salon is located, unless the law that applies to you grants you the right to proceed elsewhere. We will always try to settle a disagreement fairly before it reaches that stage.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in the salon, in the services we offer or in the law. When we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide a notice on the site.
Your continued use of the website, or your continued booking with the salon after an update, indicates that you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with a change, please contact us before your next visit so that we can discuss it.
